What does the IRL template include?

Requests cover financial, tax, commercial, operational, technology and human capital due diligence, plus valuation / PPA. Each row retains its request ID, scope, section, description and priority. The Excel workbook also includes status, owner, evidence reference and reviewer notes.

How does the IRL generator work?

The generator selects rows from the source template; it does not invent requests. A row must match the mission, perimeter and sector, and at least one selected scope. Requests applicable to all cases remain included. Multiple scopes are combined without duplicating requests.

Generic template or customized IRL?

The generic template contains all available requests and downloads without an account. The customized IRL includes only requests matching your configuration. Enter your email to receive the Excel workbook as an attachment, without creating an account. Neither the selection nor the template replaces professional review of the engagement scope.

How should you adapt an information request list?

Define entities, reporting periods, currencies, accountable owners and completion criteria before sending it. Review requests against the signed scope, available sources and transaction risks. Receiving a file does not mean a request is complete or reviewed.

This template is a starting point, not an exhaustive checklist or financial, tax or legal advice. Workbook content is in English. Engagement professionals remain responsible for conclusions.
