Privacy Policy

How Solenor handles personal information when you visit this website, contact our team or request a demonstration. This notice also explains your choices and privacy rights.

1. Scope and responsibility

This notice applies to the public Solenor website at https://www.solenor.ai, including its contact and demonstration-request features. References to “Solenor”, “we” and “our” mean Solenor SAS, the organization responsible for deciding how personal information collected through this website is used.

For privacy questions or requests, contact choppinernest@gmail.com. Further information about the website publisher is available in our Legal Notice.

This notice does not replace the privacy information, contracts or data-processing agreements applicable to a customer workspace. Processing of transaction documents, meeting recordings and other customer content depends on the agreed service, deployment configuration and respective responsibilities of Solenor and the customer.

2. Information you provide

When you request a demonstration, we collect your full name, work email address and company. You may also provide your role, engagement interests and a message describing your requirements. The required fields allow us to identify your request and respond; without them, the form cannot be submitted successfully.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include. Follow-up correspondence may contain scheduling details, product questions and information about your organization’s proposed use cases.

Please limit your message to information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit confidential deal documents, credentials, financial account details or sensitive personal information through the public website. A demo request is not a secure channel for uploading customer transaction data.

3. Technical and usage information

Serving and securing the website involves processing technical request information. Depending on the hosting service and its configuration, this may include an IP address, requested URL, request timestamp, browser information and operational or error logs.

Vercel Web Analytics is integrated to measure visits and navigation on supported deployments. Aggregated reports may include visited pages, referrers, approximate location and browser or device information. Vercel Speed Insights is integrated to measure loading performance, responsiveness and visual stability.

We have not configured custom analytics events to transmit demo-form fields or contact-message contents. Page addresses can be included in usage measurements, so do not put personal or confidential information in URL paths or query parameters.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry and demo-request information to respond to you, arrange discussions, understand your requirements and assess a proposed engagement. Where your request concerns steps before entering a contract with you, the relevant basis may be taking those steps at your request. For business inquiries made on behalf of an organization, our legitimate interest is responding to professional requests and maintaining relevant business correspondence.

Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and service security. Our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website may provide the basis for this processing, subject to the applicable rules and consideration of visitors’ rights.

Usage and performance measurements help us understand which pages are useful and identify technical improvements. Their legal basis and any consent requirements depend on the actual measurement configuration and applicable law; being cookie-free does not, by itself, exempt processing from privacy rules.

Where we rely on consent for an activity, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We may also process information when necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Demo requests and email delivery

The demo form submits its fields to a server-side endpoint hosted on Vercel. The endpoint validates the request and, when the email service is configured, forwards the details through Resend to the Solenor team’s designated mailbox. Your email address is included as the reply address so that we can answer your request.

The website does not use an application database to store demo requests. This does not mean the information is not retained: the email-delivery provider, receiving mailbox and their associated infrastructure may process messages, delivery records and backups under their applicable settings and terms.

Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We use the request to respond and conduct relevant follow-up, rather than treating it as consent for unrelated promotional communications.

6. Interactive previews and customer content

The public document, IRL, meeting, chat and report previews use demonstration content. They illustrate product workflows and are not a production workspace for your organization’s data.

The showcase transcript question field uses local demonstration logic rather than submitting your question to an AI model service. Other preview controls update the interface or display simulated results. A preview export confirmation does not mean that customer documents have been processed or that a production deliverable has been generated.

Before sharing real transaction information with Solenor, agree the intended scope, access controls, hosting arrangements, applicable providers and contractual data-processing terms. Statements about the public website should not be read as guarantees about every possible customer deployment.

7. Cookies and browser preferences

When you select French or English, the website saves that choice in your browser’s local storage under “solenor-language”. This allows your preference to be remembered on subsequent visits using the same browser and website origin. It is a language preference, not an advertising identifier.

On the root homepage, a saved language choice takes priority. Without one, the website reads your browser’s preferred language: French preferences select French, while other preferences use English. Explicit /fr and /en URLs remain in their selected language. This selection does not use IP-based geolocation.

You can remove the saved preference by clearing this website’s storage in your browser. Browser settings may also restrict storage. According to Vercel’s documentation, Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies for visitor tracking; local storage, hosting logs and performance measurements are separate considerations. The website does not currently include advertising pixels or a configured marketing-cookie system.

8. Recipients and service providers

Information in an inquiry is intended for Solenor team members handling that request. Providers involved in operating the website and delivering correspondence may also process information as needed to provide their services.

The website integrates Vercel for hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and Resend for demo-request email delivery. The receiving email service also processes correspondence. The exact roles, processing locations and retention arrangements depend on the relevant service agreements and deployment settings.

We do not sell website inquiry information or use it for third-party advertising. Information may nevertheless need to be disclosed where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect rights and address security incidents, subject to applicable safeguards.

9. External links

Links to LinkedIn profiles, the Solenor application and other external services take you outside this website. When you open them, those services may collect information about your visit under their own privacy notices and settings.

The founders’ LinkedIn links are ordinary outbound links, not embedded LinkedIn profile widgets. Clicking a link does not submit the website demo form. Review the destination service’s privacy notice before sharing information there.

10. Retention and deletion

The relevant retention criteria are the time needed to handle an inquiry and related follow-up, the existence of an ongoing business relationship, applicable record-keeping obligations, and any need to resolve disputes or protect legal rights. Different categories of information may require different retention periods.

This notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline for email messages, hosting logs, analytics records or provider backups. Their actual retention depends on the configured services and applicable obligations. The language preference remains in your browser until it is replaced or removed, including when you clear website storage.

You may ask choppinernest@gmail.com about the retention applicable to information you have provided or request its deletion. Deletion rights are subject to legal exceptions; copies in provider backups may also follow a separate backup lifecycle.

11. International processing

Website hosting, email delivery, analytics and support infrastructure may involve processing outside France or the European Economic Area, depending on the provider and configuration. We do not represent that all public-website data remains exclusively in France.

Where the GDPR applies to a transfer outside the EEA, an appropriate transfer mechanism is required, such as a relevant adequacy decision or contractual safeguards, together with additional measures where necessary. The applicable mechanism must be assessed against the actual service arrangements; no single mechanism is asserted here for all providers.

Contact choppinernest@gmail.com for questions about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your inquiry. Customer-workspace hosting arrangements are addressed separately during deployment scoping and contracting.

12. Security and data minimization

The demo endpoint applies request-origin checks, input validation and a request-size limit. Email-service credentials are used server-side rather than included in the public browser application. These measures reduce certain risks but do not make the website a confidential document exchange service.

No website or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Use the minimum information needed for your request, and agree a suitable secure channel before sending sensitive material. If you believe information submitted to this website has been compromised, contact the team promptly without sending passwords or other secrets.

13. Your privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request erasure, restrict processing and receive certain information in a portable format. The availability of each right depends on the processing and the conditions set by law.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If personal information is used for direct marketing, you may object to that use at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise a right, email choppinernest@gmail.com, describing your request and the information or correspondence concerned. We may ask for proportionate verification where necessary to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. Do not send an identity document unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.

Under the GDPR, requests generally require a response within one month of receipt. That period may be extended by up to two further months where necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, with notice of the extension and its reasons. Requests are generally free of charge, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), at www.cnil.fr, or with another competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country of your habitual residence, workplace or an alleged infringement. You do not need to contact us first to exercise that right.

14. Automated decisions and intended audience

The public website’s demonstration logic is not used to make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. Customer use of AI-generated analysis is outside the scope of these public previews and requires its own agreed controls and human-review arrangements.

This website is intended for professional M&A, Transaction Services and related business audiences. Its inquiry features are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information unnecessarily, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

15. Changes and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes in website features, providers, processing arrangements or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. A policy update does not, by itself, authorize a new use of personal information that requires additional notice or consent.

For questions about this policy, demo-request information or your privacy rights, write to choppinernest@gmail.com. Please identify the website or service your question concerns so that we can direct it to the appropriate process.
